We call this one “The Creeper!” As the heat intensity builds with every mouthful.
Don’t be deceived though, this curry also has a gorgeous balance of flavour and fragrance.
It’s peppery flavour is complimented with a rich blend of fenugreek, coriander, cumin and cardamom. This curry takes longer than others with a cooking time of 2 hours but is perfect for the weekend or to impress at a dinner party.
Serve with basmati rice and raita on the side.
This recipe can easily be adapted for a slow cooker
