Lamb Madras
This spicy curry packs a punch in colour and flavour.
A Madras curry is known for it’s heat and colour, due to its chilli and paprika content.
The flavours are inspired from South India with it’s savoury tomato and onion sauce.
A preparation and cooking time of around an hour…..this curry will be worth the wait!
Serve with basmati rice and raita on the side.
This recipe can easily be adapted for a slow cooker
