Rogan Josh

Rogan Josh is a type of Indian curry distinguished by its thick,flavourful red sauce and tender meat.

Originating from the Kashmir region in India, this well-rounded medium curry is always a crowd pleaser.  It hits the spot if you like some heat, but not too much!

The addition of kumara instead of potato, gives a delightful hint of sweetness to the curry.

It has a cooking time of one hour but if you’re time short it can be easily made in the slow cooker and left to do it’s thing.

Serve with basmati rice and garlic naan to soak up the sauce.
